Aakash Dixit2021-10-18Searching for a homestay in the weekend crowded place like Mcleodganj, this could be your final destination. Situated 800m from the central junction(chowk) on Dharamkot road right in front of Tibetan performing arts auditorium. I was searching for a not to expensive and suitable stay with my family and we landed up in this homestay running by the Sarin brothers. They have utilized every space on the mountain side to built this beautiful homestay. One strange thing is about food, initially, we all decided to have food at restaurants in the market. However, on the first night we ordered food from them and it's so yummy especially dal that we forgot to taste other restaurant's food and eventually ordered dal on the following night too. Final verdict on 2 night stays: Kudos to both the brothers(Sahil and Bhushan), Mohnish(employee) and Mogli(dog) who are managing this lovely homestay in Mcleodganj. I will surely going to check with them and stay here whenever I am visiting Mcleodganj in future.

saurabh sinha2021-09-11Amazing property especially the room with private balcony. Good home made food is served by owners mom. I stayed at the property for a week for workaction and not once there was any internet issue, which was very imp for me being in a full time job with lots of teams call which i need to attend.they have power backup too, not that there are lot of power cuts but during occasional cuts the inverter helps. Also its a 15 min walk from tha market so after finishing work i used to walk down to the market for dinner. Its an bnb and not a party place so one shouod decide accordingly.

mamta2021-01-05Amazing and Satisfied experience This was my first solo trip and what better could have I asked for. Room was good, well lit with basic amenities. Sahil and Anil the owners were very cooperative and helpful. They guided me with the local cab drivers and tour guides. Service was very good. Aunty made me feel like home with home cooked food. Overall a very good, safe stay and I am totally satisfied. Value for money.

Jack Rubien2019-01-11McleodGanj Homestay: Amazing, beautiful, friendly place This was the absolute best stay, highly recommend. It's owned by two brothers who are incredibly sweet and there to help you with anything you need, so you feel right at home. Location is perfect because it is very quiet and peaceful, but only a short walk to the Main Square. The rooms are nice and clean (complimentary cleaning whenever you want). The food is amazing, and I highly recommend the complimentary breakfast (their pancakes with honey are delicious). The place is beautiful because of all the plants and flowers (hence, florishing flora). They can recommend great places to see, arrange for taxis, and hook you up with a local trekking guide for hikes. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for the quality of the stay. Could not say enough good things about this place!!! Definitely stay here if you are coming to Mcleod Ganj. To get here, ask a taxi driver to take you to TIPA, and the homestay will be on the left, right before you get to TIPA.
David D2018-11-11Peaceful, beautiful location, helpful and friendly It's not so far from the town centre, but very quiet and peaceful. Run by two brothers, it's also a plant nursery, hence the name Flourishing flora. I'd recommend it if you're going trekking - treks arranged by Adventure Nation start and finish nearby, and you can store your suitcases here while on the trek. I suggest booking on their own website - no reason for other websites to take their percentage. Note: when getting a fixed price taxi from Kangra airport, make sure the ticket doesn't just say Mcleodganj - they'll drop you at the town square, and it's 1km uphill from there. "Flourishing flora" is the name most people recognise. When we arrived, the traffic was terrible - we could not have squeezed through with our suitcases on foot, and had to pay the taxi 40% extra. You can, though, ask if they're able to pick you up from the airport, which would avoid such problems,

detezara662018-09-14Home stay in Mcloed Ganj As I have noticed there are so many tourists / travellers in Mcloed. And some of the rooms and homestay are not worth up to the price. Therefore I would like to recommend one homestay room which is not for more than 3 pax. They provide all the kitchen stuffs and you can cook whatever you want to. They also provide tent and sleeping bags which is charged low. There's so many good books to read as well.
