With the influence of global warming being so much on our lovely planet, we have declared our Homestay as Eco-friendly. The guest are requested to implement on the following points: Save Energy, Switch off electricity while leaving rooms or when not in use. By making payment all our policies and terms and conditions are agreed by the guest All government taxes are applicable & charged if not specified otherwise.

We would like to share our Policy, Homestay Concept & Our terms & conditions with you. Guest must read & understand our policy:

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION OF BOOKING CHARGES

• 1 night cancellation charge if booking is cancelled from the time of booking to 7-10 days in advance.
• 50% of total billing will be charged as cancellation charge, if booking is cancelled between 3-7 days in advance.
• No refund will be made if cancelled thereafter .
  (In case of cancellation all the bank transfer, on line payment fee of 4% and in case of using Paypal all the commission & fee will be paid by guest.)
• No refund for Early Departures: Once you have checked in, the room is no longer available to rent therefore no refunds will be given.
• Ammendment can be made ( subject to availability ) by paying 25% ( in case of pre-pone only) extra.
  (in case of postponing the plan after booking. A fresh booking shall be made in that case and the previous booking shall be held as cancelled ( above cancellation policy will be applicable))
• TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

• Outside visitors are not allowed in the room.
• Valid ID of all Guest Required before check- In.
• Right of admission is reserved with the management.
• No. of person will be allowed in the room as per voucher only.
• No Outside Food is allowed inside the room.
• Kitchen will remain open from 8:30 am to 9 pm only.
• Breakfast is served from 8:30am to 10 am only.
• Home cooked Breakfast, Lunch and dinner is available from the in house kitchen.
• Fresh home cooked Lunch and dinner is available on nominal price, since all orders are made from scratch on your order you are     requested to place your order a couple of hours in advance as per the cafe menu.
• Heating radiator is provided at extra cost of Rs. 200/- per night from 7pm to 7am only.
• Consumption of alcohol in public area is strictly prohibited.
• Misplace/Loss of any luggage from public area is solely responsibility of the guest "Management is not responsible in such case"
• Management is not responsible for any injury or mishap occured. No claim will be considered in such case
• Must show booking voucher at the time of check-in. The booking voucher is non-transferable and primary guest must accompany
• Mcleodganj Being residing place of H.H Dalai Lama , security is very high. All guests travelling must carry there valid photo-id along with them and present the same on demand,
• MANDATORY : Every person needs to carry a ORIGINAL government recognized photo id ( PAN, driving license, voter-id, adhaar card etc.) and would have to provide the same on check-in. the original id shall be kept till check-out. No check-in will be provided without proper ID and no refund will be given in such case..
• Incase of foreigners, we are liable to fill a police form on your arrival. You are requested to co-operate with us for the same and provide necessary details.
• All legal disputes are subject to jurisdiction at Dharamshala, Distt-Kangra, H.P, India only
• Check in : 12 noon, Check out : 11:00 AM, Thereafter Rs. 200/- per hour or part of thereof will be charged. (subject to availability of room)
• House-keeping: In all the rooms we provide fresh white bed-sheets and white sleeping sheets along with woolen blankets , white pillow covers with soft pillows.
• Free toiletries: We Provide free toiletries as Shampoo, conditioner, bathing soap, toilet tissue roll, towels.

CHILD POLICY:  All Child will be charged at an extra cost of Rs. 500/-.

HEALTH ADVISOR : Guests are advised to consult us before making reservation if they have any complications like – Asthma, arthritis, heart disease or traveling with old people, infants along or any health concerned issue as we will be able to guide you correctly for choosing the correct room.
