Fabulous stay! We had a wonderful stay at this cozy B&B. The Sarins were always very helpful and gracious. The breakfasts were great every morning, served hot and at whatever time was comfortable for us (usually around 10am as we were traveling with 3 teenagers). We all loved sitting on the patio each morning in the sun. The air was cold in February but the rooms had space heaters (for use from 8pm to 8am for an extra 100Rp per night) and extra blankets. We had roast chicken in front of a wood fire one evening and would have eaten more evening meals at the home stay had the evening temps been a little warmer. Happily, there are no shortage of great restaurants in Mcleodganj. The wifi was slow but reception was good. The walk to town took only about 10 minutes and was quiet, scenic and very enjoyable (though steep) and we did it several times each day. We were in Mcleodganj for a week and still didn't have time to explore all the local sites, restaurants and shopping. Flourishing Flora was a perfect place for our family and we would highly recommend it to others who are looking for a clean, comfortable, well located authentically Indian experience. Had a wonderful and very comfortable Time in the homestay. Here we stayed 2 nights in their special upper cottage. The owners Mr. & Mrs. Sarin takes very good care about their guests, they are very polite and helpful. The food that Mrs. Sarin cooks wonderful food, utterly delicious much better than any restaurant you choose, the best part is you will fill like a home. The location near the McLeod Ganj was very beautiful. It takes 20 mins by Taxi from Dharamsala ISBT bus stand to reach the Homes stay. Abhishek_229

“Home away from home..” 5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago via mobile Piglet - "How do you spell love?" Pooh - "You don't spell love, you feel it." And that is precisely the vibe you get while staying with the delightful Sarin family. This was my second stay with them. I felt the warmth and welcome right from the moment I walked in. The room was very comfortable, beautifully located. The aalo paranthas at breakfast are to die for!!. For this a special mention of their wonderful chef. In a nutshell, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would definitely return. A note: While staying here don't miss the trek to Triund. Its a 7km, 4 hour tough trek but totally worth it. The view from the top is spectacular (have enclosed a couple of pics of the same) Tarun
